How do i book a party?
We make it easy! Visit our Book Now page and send in your date time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm, pay securely online and that’s it!
How do I know the trailer can come to my house?
Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot!
will the kids know what to do?
That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!
Should I be concerned about the types of games available for kids?
Infinite Gaming prioritizes providing age-appropriate entertainment for all events. If you have specific concerns about game content, please inform the Game Coach upon arrival or during the booking process. They will ensure only suitable games are available for your guests.
what happens if there is bad weather?
Our gaming theater is climate-controlled for comfort in most weather conditions, including rain, cold, and heat. If severe weather makes travel unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule.
when should I tell our guests to arrive?
We recommend inviting your guests to arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before our scheduled arrival. This gives them time to eat and ensures everyone is present to enjoy the exciting arrival of our mobile video game theater.
What happens if more guests attend the party than originally planned? Will there be an extra charge?
Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun, but remember that our game theater allows 20 to play at once inside, and up to 8 more outside (depending on weather.) We can rotate large groups through for schools, churches, fairs and other large events.
can I request certain games?
We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. We do request that if you want “M” rated games you send us an e-mail or list them in the comments section when booking.
Do I tip the game coach?
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.
Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay online or arrange to drop your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others. Please call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception and we can talk about options.
When will the Game Coach arrive to set up for the party?
The Game Coach will arrive 10 to 20 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure everything is set up and ready to begin promptly.

How can my organization raise funds with Infinite Gaming?
Schools, churches, and nonprofits can raise funds by distributing our flyers. When a party is booked as a result, your organization will receive $20 cash back for fundraising. We provide professionally printed, half-page, full-color flyers at no cost—just distribute them! You can also send an email blast to spread the word.
Another option is to include Infinite Gaming in a “kids zone” at a large event. You can charge tickets or wristbands for timed play in the Mobile Game Theater. Depending on the arrangement, either a percentage of the proceeds or 100% of the funds will go back to your organization if the Mobile Game Theater is hired in advance.
