Refund and Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, a valid credit or debit card is required. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be automatically canceled. A $25 fee applies to cancellations after payment is received to cover processing costs. Events canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Date changes within 14 days are not permitted unless severe weather conditions necessitate rescheduling. In such cases, we allow a one-time reschedule at no additional cost. Further reschedules will incur a $100 fee. Refunds are not issued after a date change has been made.

Privacy Policy
Infinite Gaming values your privacy and ensures that all personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for providing our services. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties.

Travel and Fuel Surcharge
Our services include travel within a 20-mile radius of zip code 77089. Locations beyond this range may incur a travel surcharge. For further details, please see our Service Area guidelines or contact us directly.

Severe Weather Policy
Our gaming theater is designed to operate in various weather conditions and is climate-controlled. However, in cases of severe weather, such as tropical storms, flash floods, hurricanes, or high winds, events may need to be rescheduled to ensure safety. Light rain does not qualify for cancellation or rescheduling. If severe weather is forecasted, please contact us promptly to begin the rescheduling process.

Supervised Children
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted inside the gaming theater. While younger children may participate in outdoor activities with parental supervision, they must not be left unattended. This policy ensures the safety of all participants and the smooth operation of your event.

Food and Drink Policy
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the gaming theater. Guests are welcome to enjoy refreshments outside the trailer.

Alcohol and Drugs Policy
While alcohol is permitted at events, it cannot be consumed inside the gaming theater. The use of illegal drugs or improper use of legal substances will result in immediate event termination without a refund. Additionally, belligerent or combative behavior from guests under the influence will lead to the party being terminated.

Refusal of Service
Infinite Gaming reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an event if behavior deemed unsafe or threatening is observed. This includes, but is not limited to, intoxication, aggressive language, or unsafe surroundings.

Damage and Liability
Clients are responsible for any damages to our equipment or trailer caused by willful or careless behavior by guests. Infinite Gaming assumes no liability for injuries sustained on the client’s property or at the designated event location. All liability remains with the client.

Photography
Our Game Coaches may take photos during your event to share on our social media or website. If you prefer not to have photos taken or shared, please notify us via email before the event or select the “no photos” option during booking.

Tipping
Tipping is not required but is appreciated for exceptional service. Our Game Coaches work hard to ensure your event is enjoyable and memorable.

Truck and Trailer Policy
Our trailer requires a minimum of 60 feet of level, solid ground for parking. We do not park in driveways, lawns, or other potentially unsafe areas. If you have specific parking requests, please communicate them when booking. The Game Coach will not disconnect the trailer from the truck during the event without prior approval.

Video Game Ratings
By default, our gaming library includes games rated for general audiences. If you wish to include “M” rated games at your event, please inform us when booking or discuss this with the Game Coach upon arrival.
